I have a bad feeling about this - we've had a few singles in the lounge lately but once you've swatted them there isn't much left to ID so when my suspicions rose I grabbed one with a pot. Looks to me like Case-bearing Clothes Moth - opinions welcome.

That's what we've been doing today, found a load confined to a tote bag, hoovered heavily and got rid of bag.
