Cape May, NJ - Great Egret with pale legs or White morph blue heron (1 Viewer)

Greetings,

I saw this bird on November 13th, 2016 in Cape May (NJ).
It seems to be a great egret, but this bird has gray-greenish legs.
I read that there is a "white morph" of great blue heron which would match the bird I saw, but the range of the "white morph" is usually limited to south Florida.
So is this a great egret with pale legs or an out-of-usual-range "white morph" great blue heron ?
Please see attached pictures.

Many thanks,
le_bib
