camera Settings for Canon Powershot A80 (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have a Canon Powershot A80 that I have adapted to a Celestron Ultima 80. I get some decent shots using the auto setting on camera, even better using the setting for motion photography. I have to believe there is a better way though. Can anyone suggest camera settings for this camera?

Thanks

Steven

Somewhere on here is a post giving the settings for the A95. The A80 is almost the same as the A95 but with 4mp and a smaller LCD.
Try a search through the forums. I will try to find that post later though.

After trying the settings, and trying manual focus, I have ended up using auto on the fast motion setting and am quite happy with it most of the time.

Steven, Post one of your better shots as it will help the advice.Neil.

Neil,

Here you go. The robin is a pretty typical fuzzy shot. The other one is a pretty clear shot on automatic. (haven't figured out what it is yet)
