Buzzard or immature female Goshawk? South Devon, UK (1 Viewer)

Seen edge of woodland, south Devon, end October, flew off through the trees. Seemed to be after something on the ground, mouse or mole I suspect as there's plenty of them here. Doesn't look like the buzzards we see frequently, it's far paler, and those trousers! But maybe it's just a very pale buzzard?

Buzzard. Their plumage is extremely variable. I can remember once screeching the car to a halt for one in a field that was so pale it looked like a Gyrfalcon!

Thanks for the speedy response. It was buzzard sized. Another picture attached.
