Buzzard ID, Age and Sex, UK (1 Viewer)

This flew into the garden whilst I was staying in Felixstowe, Suffolk. I take it this is a Common Buzzard and not a Honey Buzzard?



Could someone please tell me what makes it a Common and not Honey, and also what age (if possible) and sex (I think male) it is?

EDIT: Next door neighbour does have honey bee stations :-D

Its a Sparrowhawk. Noted by the short wings, long tail and strong super.

Agreed. On size I think it's a female.

Ah right...I did initially think Sprawk, but it seemed a lot bigger than the ones I've seem before!
