Broad-wing Hawk or Red-shoulder Hawk> (1 Viewer)

Location Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and the date was 11/26/2019. Smaller Hawk than Red-shoulder. Are the markings on his tail is that of a Broad-wing? Or they both have the same tail?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to you.

Broad-winged is actually in central or southern America.

Red-shouldered... look at the wing pattern as well as the tail pattern... not to mention the red shoulders
