brewer's or clay colored sparrows, Sacramento, California (1 Viewer)

This my first experience with either species but on ebird both have been seen here within the past day. most are probably brewer's sparrow as they are more likely here but I am hoping for the clay colored. one thing that might be of note is that two people have hinted that there may be two clay colored sparrows. Mostly just hoping for confirmations to my IDs.

number 1 and 2, Clay colored sparrow on the right(1st photo), brewer's on the left
numbers 3 and 4, clay colored Sparrow? seems to have complete eyeing and white crown-stripe
number 5, brewer's sparrow

number 6 and 7, Clay colored sparrow
number 8, brewer's sparrow
number 9, brewer's sparrow on left, clay colored sparrow on right.
number 10, immature clay colored sparrow or brewer's sparrow on the on the left, Brewer's sparrow on the right.

I probably have multiple pictures of the same bird on this list, but they were moving about so much it was hard to keep track of who was who.

Thank you for your help

Not sure any of these are Clay-colored. All look like Brewer's based on the weak face patterns and malar stripes.
