Blue butterfly, Menorca, Spain (1 Viewer)

I would be very grateful for any help identifying this butterfly taken in late June this year in southeastern Menorca, Balearic Is, Spain. Sorry about the blurriness!

Looks like common blue which might be southern/austauts in Menorca on range. It’s southern in Mallorca but I’ve not been to Menorca

Wow! Thanks for the quick response. I wondered whether the yellow bits along the outer wing in picture 1 discounted Common for something more exotic....wishful thinking on my part!

As I said I’ve not been to Menorca but I don’t think they get that many species we don’t in uk. Although southern blue obviously would be one
