Black bee with little white spots (Holme Fen, Cambs. UK) (1 Viewer)

Hi All

I managed only a couple of pictures of this interesting bee.

I thought it might be Stelis ornatula but I don't think it is right.

At one point it forced it's way right into the foxglove flower, kicking out a Black-Spotted Longhorn Beetle in the process.

Anyways, could someone please take a look and put me right?
