Bird Spotted South Wales, Garth Mountain (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Spotted this bird on the way back down from a walk up Garth Mountain, South Wales (just north of Cardiff).

We weren't sure what it was, but wondered if it might just be a Chiff Chaff (seemed a bit fat though!) Would love to get an expert eye on it!
