Bird of Prey IDs - Menorca (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I was hoping to get some IDs/confirmations on these birds of prey I saw whilst on holiday in Menorca.

1 & 2 - same bird, Black Kite?
3 - different bird, but Black Kite again?
4 & 5 - different birds, booted eagles? dark and pale forms?
