Bird Identification help Eastern Colorado US (1 Viewer)

Hi, this bird landed in my backyard. Hugo Colorado which is the Eastern Plains of Colorado.
I think it could be a juvenile Coopers or a Northern Harrier. Please assist. Thank you.

Great thank you. I thought so but was not sure. It was the white in his tail feathers that made me think it was one.
