Barn Swallow. In Minnesota, the reddish-brown throats narrow it down to Barn or Cliff. The latter has a white forehead (in Minnesota - it varies regionally) and a white neck-ring, doesn't have long forked streamers on its tail, and (least reliable) doesn't usually give as strong an impression of being shiny and blue.
