Another blue tit with a very long beak , which has visited our feeder on several occasions. Based in Bedfordshire , UK (2 Viewers)

Beak deformities aren't uncommon in blue tits. Have a look here...

 
Similar-ish one from Arundel a few years back here. That one picked food up by bending it's head to the side too and seemed to be doing alright. One obvious difference is that on yours, the lower mandible has also kept growing, whereas on mine only the upper mandible is overgrown.
