And finally, the bird we drove up there to see: A Siberian Jay. This was my second trip up there this winter and my second time ever seeing Siberian Jays. Quite a few lovely shots. I may share another later, but chose this one for the snow theme set.- Doc Duck

Both the parents were more or less indifferent to me after the chick and I had "socialized". They lay their eggs in late Mars during what is still winter here. So by now the chick is almost fully grown.- hansbertil
