    This bird stood out from the rest the bullfinches as it was a different colour. I haven't seen one like this before.

    When we left a local lake on Thursday two groups of mixed geese flew in ahead of a downpour with hail and thunder. To my surprise they were still there yesterday. Among the Canadas and Greylags was as far as I could tell a single Barnacle Goose which we wouldn't normally see.

    Yet another dunnock fledgling. It appears to be a good year for the dunnocks locally so far.

    After more than 3 hours of snow falling lots of birds appeared to come to feed in the garden.

    Bullfinch in the snow during a continuous snowfall for more than 3 hours this morning again.
