    Dunollie Castle stands guard at the entrance to Oban harbour. The castle isn't open to the public, as yet that is, though I think there's plans to do so. It has to be made safe for the public first. You can read more about the castle and grounds here if you want to: http://www.dunollie.org/...

    ..... or Rubbish ..... or Ratbag A few weeks ago I showed you a picture of an ooof Robin on a fence post! I posted it because it was a trip tick. Well this was the next image, didn't give me much chance to sort the focusing, did he!!

    I don't know where I thought the focus was, obviously not on the bird!!! Sorry about that. However, I like the setting and it was a holiday tick, would you believe. Presumably we'd not been anywhere that Robins hang out thus far LOL. This was still in the woodland surrounding Dunollie Castle...

    In the afternoon we went along the road a little to Dunollie Castle: http://www.dunollie.org/ .... well Clive and Glen walked, I took the car of course!! While waiting for them to appear, I had a nosey around the woodland area near the car park. This Song Thrush wasn't at all playing ball...
