    Blue jay that seems healthy and perky can’t fly more than a few feet

    Hello, I am hoping to get some help with a bird I found in my yard. He (not sure if male or female so I’ll say he) was struggling to get off the ground (looks like an adult to me) so I’m assuming he should be able to fly.
