    This thread is interesting (ignoring the offtopic) as I am in that situation... Prepared to upgrade my glass (looking at the eur800/1000 price point) but also wondering if I should go all the way and buy an alpha about 2.5 times more expensive. Do I need an alpha? No. I cannot rationally...
