    Ageing....male Bullfinch?

You would expect 1st winter birds to look like adults by now. Post juvenile starts around late August to mid October and the moult is generally finished between October and December. They tend to leave a few greater covers and the carpal coverts however this isnt always easy to see in the field...

    Help in identifying this Accentor

Interesting, its definately not a Dunnock. I dont have much experience with there accentors but black throated or alpine looks possible im thinking more likely the former, would rather have the bird in hand, so dont take this as an ID.

    Merlin?

1st Year Sparrowhawk, another feature is the secondaries are heavily barred, Gos tend not to be this distinctively barred. Wing looks wrong shape for Gos too. Plus you wouldnt expect to get a gos and a merlin mixed up. |=)|

  12. B

What kind of insect is this? C Spain

Its a species of Mirid bug, closely related to assasin bugs. We get several species similar to this in the UK but not knowing the Spannish fauna to well I would not want to take this to species level. Miridae.

    Skua, Shearwater UK?

I agree juv. gannets. Juvenile/immature gannets can cause all sorts of confusion especially with larger shearwater species. It is always worth keeping them in mind.

    Reed Bunting? Demark July 2010

Sorry, caused a little confusion with my post, I did infact mean white wagtail the mainly British M. a. yarrellii is not as common in Denmark, plus as said this is to pale for a typical yarrellii.
