    I think you will be pleasantly surprised David. Macro opened up a whole new world of photography for me. As for the light most of my shots are done with very poor light or even dark but I often use external lighting and usualy more than one flash at a time.

    Funny enough Marian it got away in the house this afternoon when I was trying to let it go but as I uploaded the new pic (5 hours later) it landed on the light above me. S/he is now outside fighting for space around the outside light. Thanks for the comment.

    You are right Birdeye it is a moth. I'm not sure what kind it is but it is quite common. The shot was taken with an MP 65 macro lens @ about 4 or 5X magnification.
