    Another lifer on the day of this skittish and fast moving little fella. The reference guide says similar to Abbot's Babbler but this Buff breasted one has a longer tail! I am but a "camera man"!!

    I went back a few days later to get better shots of the female. I like this shot even if the foreground is messy. It shows the environment that it thrives in i.e. under heavy canopy cover. My apologies for not being able to give the full scientific name for the female.

    Hans, yes it was not easy but at least with digital one just erase the files and you can see if it was sharp. I kept pushing the ISO and exposing to the right, but I still needed the bird to be sharp, well at least the head and eyes. Finally got it without too much chroma noise in the dark...
