    Anyone else been able to snag one of the new Nikon stabilized? Seems they are in very scarce supply.

    My bad, just looked back at Nikon’s original press release and it said available “early November”. Not sure where I got November 11. Interestingly they show they are on backorder on Nikon’s website. Is that Nikon’s way of saying not available yet? Or could they actually already be sold out?

    Thanks Dennis for reviewing these so soon. So many of us have been anxiously anticipating a review from someone like yourself. I’m a newbie birder. I tried starting with a Vortex Viper HD 8x42, but had to return them because I’m so sensitive to motion sickness. Really looking forward to trying...
