    Sounds like you’ve already rehabilitated him quite a bit. Perhaps a bird sanctuary locally is the best idea and then maybe you could adopt him. I think bird sanctuary are the best place for these birds in these situations as they are professionals. God bless you and the feather baby. 🩷
