Some sort of Vireo from Harvard, MA last month?

Can someone please help me with this? I hear these calls often but not sure of the species. It looks like a red-eyed vireo from my low quality video but the call sounds different: https://youtu.be/hnN6021QA_Y Thanks in advance, Chris

    Who is this?

Bird call in the evening by a swamp. I know I should know what bird is making this sound but I cannot remember. I did not see it. At first I thought it was a catbird but now I'm thinking not. MP3 attached: From Maynard, MA on a humid evening in May.

Thanks much for that info. Here is a crop of a crappy still from my crappy video shot: Bill doesn't look long enough to be Virginia but too long for Sora...

    Sora Rail from Maynard, MA?

I was shooting video and did see that the beak was short and that the bird was mottled, but did not get a good look or hear any other vocalizations:

Metallic bird call from Maynard, MA on 5/28/2017

Yes, the tree was pretty much surrounded by water. There certainly are gray tree frogs there but I have never heard them make this sound.

Metallic bird call from Maynard, MA on 5/28/2017

Could this be a duck call perhaps? It definitely came from up in a tree.

Metallic bird call from Maynard, MA on 5/28/2017

At first I thought this metallic call was a canada goose but the call never changed. I have never heard this before. Anyone know who might be making these repeated single and double notes heard amongst the other sounds?

Bird song from Eastern Costa Rica - April 2014

It was at the Costa Rican Amphibian Research Center, in the Guayacan Rainforest Reserve at 550 meters above sea level. The place is teeming with amphibians but the birding was great as well. I did not see the bird so I don't know how far off the ground it was. The audio is from footage I shot...

What bird is making this song - Sudbury, MA

On 6/22/2016. Recorded near a pond and a small brook. I'm guessing this is an obvious species but for some reason I can't place who would be making this song. I keep thinking it is some type of wren, but perhaps a sparrow of some sort?: thanks in advance, Chris
