    Pied harrier Juv. Vietnam

    New to Asian raptors. I've come across this bird 22-02-2025 in Southern Vietnam. Initial thought in the field was black kite, but at home diving into Birds of the world and Raptors of the world, Pied harrier juvenile is most probable. People with experience to think bird. Do you agree or not.

    Bit late to the party. By experience from my trip to Vietnam I know EMH can have quite large white rumps. The feature is not distinct enough to rule out the EMH in comparison to e.g. PH.
