How many species of owl have you seen (9 Viewers)

My list has grown a bit since my last post with visits to Finland then South Africa :

I had a remarkable year for owls, one of my favourite groups, with the following 20 species in daylight:
Cambodia: Brown Hawk Owl, Asian Barred Owlet, Spotted Owlet, Brown Fish Owl, Brown Wood Owl, Spotted Wood Owl, Oriental Scops
Ethiopia- Cape, Verreaux's and Greyish Eagle Owl, Abyssinian Long-eared Owl, African Wood Owl, Pearl-spotted Owlet
Madagascar:Barn Owl, Torotoroka and Madagascar Scops, Madagascar Long-eared, White-browed Owl
Australia: Rufous Owl
Ghana: Red-chested Owlet

Seen at night were Pacific Barn, Southern Boobook, Papuan Boobook, Akun Eagle Owl, Fraser's Eagle Owl, Northern White-faced Owl

Heard only: African Scops, Lesser Sooty

Unusual for me not to see Sooty Owl in PNG but not this year, my first dip in many years. I badly need a Tawny Owl, unseen since 1977 I fear…….

Clements 139 with Central Amercian Pygmy Owl and Costa Rican Pygmy Owl in Panama in December 2014-January 2015. Hoping for Striped Owl in Costa Rica in April but it has eluded me before. Unspotted Sawhet and Bare-shanked Screech-owl would be good as well!

I've just seen owls in Norway, but have had sort of luck since I've seen some of them.

Pathetic I know but my count is a lowly 4.

Short eared.
But then again I've never been abroad!
 
I've seen and heard 12 species of owls, all in the USA:

7. Boreal Owl
 
56, including 5 heard only. I love them! Latest additions: Sri Lanka Bay Owl and Spot-bellied Eagle Owl, both in Kerala, Southern India.

Seeing how many different species people have seen in rather embarrassed.

SEO, Numerous locations, last being RSPB Salthome.
LEO RSPB Salthome, been there every winter for at least 3 winters, giving excellent views.
Tawny Owl, too many location's to point out.
Little Owl, Yarm, Leven Bank area.
Barn Owl, 3 locations, last one just outside Yarm.
