Yellow Warbler (female) (Dendroica petechia)

The warbler migration is finally getting a little more strong. Seems to be a little late here this year as we have lots yellow-rumps and these yellow warblers right now but many of the other warblers have not shown up yet.
I will be leaving next Tuesday for a 4 day trip to McGee Marsh on the shores of lake Erie in Ohio to Photograph warblers. This place is kind of the warbler capital of eastern US as it lies on one of the major flyways and is the last stop before they make the jump over Lake Erie to Canada. Have been wanting to make this trip for a couple of years and decided this is the year I am going.
