Western Kingbird
Western Kingbird (Tyrannus verticalis) gular fluttering. Gular fluttering is equivalent to panting in dogs; quite prevalent this time of year, even for humans (lol).
Habitat
Post Oak Savannah vegetation area. Open area west of the retention pond and Carters Creek at 84 m (276 ft) elevation.
Location
Brazos Center, Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, USA.

I think this Western Kingbird, is here in Eastern Central Minnesota.
I don’t know how to add the photo I have taken in my backyard.
 
Engrossing observation, as I have seen such in Cattle Egrets, but not Kingbirds, Stanley.

The Western Kingbird is mapped for Central Minnesota and each year their range moves a little further east.
