Warning!

This is not a black and white photo. It looked pretty bleak when I arrived on the peninsula.People were warned to keep away from the cliffs yesterday. That's where I went to go birding, my favourite spot. But the storm kept me inside my car. I drove to the other side of the peninsula as it is a bit more sheltered. There, near a few bushes and a fir-tree, I spotted a flock of serins, a pair of firecrests, a chiffchaff , a dunnock and a robin, all congregating near my car. I took a good number of photos but as the branches were waving madly in the wind, most of them are more or less blurred.Next time, then!

I am not surprised that the photos were blurred with the gale force wind blowing; but you captured the fury of the waves caused by it beautifully, JM!! Great shot. tfs.

An awesome image, Joelle, and filled with atmosphere! A great reward for having braved this day.

WOW Joelle!!! That really is wild!!! The bad weather seems to be passing south of us for a change!!

A super picture to show nature in the raw.

That was a shame you didn't get the birdie pictures though... a nightmare when the branches are blowing about so madly, isn't it.

Oh my! Even staying in your car I bet you got bounced about some by those winds :eek!:
