... or "Geeet orf"!

A bit of Saturday fun really, not the greatest of pictures, though at least the House Sparrow is clear... ummm.... ish!

The birds seem to love the new suet nibbles, though catching them feeding is proving extremely difficult.

Not got the Robin yet, Starling isn't great and I was just far tooo slow (though delighted to see) the coal and Great Tit when they came in for the first time in ages!

"Geet orf" is a memory of my days spent queuing up outside the Royal Albert Hall for the Proms. The doorman would walk by for a bit of banter, but didn't like us sitting on the barrier LOL. Great days.

Great catching the two and the behaviour, Delia. Erm... "The Proms"; I remember that (them), not really my cup of tea though |=)|

And you didn't' give us who the winner of the nibble was ;)

A neat moment to capture D.

Looks like we are in for a showdown!!! Lovely capture of this tense moment Delia!!! Lovely narration too!!!

A super capture of these two trying to grab the last suet pellet, together with a great narrative Delia. When I open the backdoor first thing in the morning to throw out some suet pellets, there is usually a little queue of Blackbirds waiting for them, closely followed by the sparrows and, of course, the starlings. Thanks for sharing.
