Speckled Mousebird

Speckled Mousebird (Colius striatus)

I think this must be a juvenile Mousebird, it kinda fits all other criteria, the bill being its most distinctive feature and legs fit (tarsus and tibia) the criteria also. However it does not have the developed black face, also does not have the coloration of breast that adult is shown to have in my Sasol Birds of Southern Africa.
