Song Thrush
The answer to yesterday's quiz. You hopeless lot... none of you got it right LOL

Blue Tits I get every day.... and I can't see any 'blue' on him.

Don't see any yellow for a Siskin.. but that would have fitted for 'less common'.

Wren would also have fitted for 'less common'.

Tree Sparrow? I wish.... that would have been a new Garden Tick

This picture, too, is suffering from the awful conditions I had that day.

Merry Christmas to you all my friends.

Wren? I'm sure I said Thrush Delia! LOL! Lovely capture of this delightful visitor, glad you got one before 'Blackie' chased it off!
A Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year to you and yours Delia, and many thanks for all your kind comments and your help and encouragement this past year! It is much appreciated!

All The Best,

Chris

LOL! Glad you got a sharp shot of him to settle the question. I actually checked both song and mistle thrushes before guessing, but song's feet didn't look yellow enough in any pics I saw and mistle would've been bigger. Well done you for fooling us all :-O
