Stunning bird, thanks for posting. Interesting kit combo. I use the 7D mk ii + CANON 300mm 2.8 mkii +/- the x1.4. You are shooting at an equivalent of 672 mm with the cropped sensor. How do you find that combo in low light.

So far I am happy with my combo. I don't use any denoise program and I accept some noise in the background of the photos. In extreme dark conditions, I just treat the photos as my record photos.
