Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Juvenile Male
Ruby-throated Hummingbird (Archilochus colubris) juvenile male with pollen on its head at a Turk’s Cap flower which it had been nectaring.
Habitat
Post Oak Savannah vegetation area. Upland dominated by post oak and yaupon at 73 m (185 ft) elevation.
Location
Lick Creek Park, College Station, Brazos County, Texas, USA.
