Pine Siskin
The amount of yellow in the wings varies individually. Based on genetics these siskins and the North American goldfinches were moved from the genus "Carduelis" to "Spinus" producing one of my favorite rhyming scientific bird names. This is the widespread nominate North American race. Two other less streaked subspecies are found in Mexico.
