Great photo. However, I am not convinced about the ID. The bill doesn't look quite large enough for a Parrot-billed. For comparison, check the massive (higher than long) and distinctly "hunched" bill of this Parrot-billed (a photo of a male, but the bill of females/imm's is similar).
