Lady Greensleeves
Without any other ducks in the shot for comparison, you can't really tell how small she is. They're about half the length of a Mallard and less than a third of the weight. Someone asked if the American green-wings are larger, but I haven't seen any data that indicate they are. There are some minor color differences - the light-colored triangle at the end of the male's tail is white on American g-w teal, but cream-colored on the Eurasian ones.
