Juvenile Turkey Vulture (Cathartes aura)

Juvenile Turkey Vulture (grey head and bill) startled up from dining on a dead carp along the shore of Lake Ontario. I was standing on a 3 metre cliff above the beach when I startled the bird into flight. Hence, I was about level with the bird when I took the shot as he flew up.
