Thanks! This one took a while. I wanted the elk to be secondary and for the painting to be somewhat of a landscape... This type of habitat is one of my favorites so it was fun to paint!

Lovely composition - natural woodland amphitheatre, great use of colour and light. Looks destined for the limited edition market, Peter - excellent piece.

I like the way the elk being pushed to the back really makes its size apparent, set against the scale of the birches in front. Excellent work.
