Green Iguana (Iguana iguana) male in breeding colors. This lizard was ca. 1.5 m long (4.9 ft) including tail. They can grow to 2 m (6.6 ft) long, including tail.
Habitat
Mid-elevation cloud forest/rain forest of the Cordillera de Tilaráns at 1,331 m (4,367 ft) elevation.
Location
Cinchona soda y mirador north of Nueva Cinchona on route 126. Alajuela Province, Costa Rica.
