Melanistic Anas platyrhynchos male: excess of dark pigment. You can see faint Apla-male patterns (black rump, dark head & breast, greyish sides + bill colour & feathertail).

Thank you for the photo and the very interesting information. I saw a duck similar to this one and I just assumed it was a hybrid.
