Drongo Cuckoo

Drongo Cuckoo (Surniculus lugubris)

Lurking in the dappled shade at about 600m elevation. Many thanks to Grahame Walbridge for correcting my previous mis-identification.
Habitat
Rainforest
Location
Bukit Larut (Maxwell Hill), Malaysia
Date taken
13/12/2019
Scientific name
Surniculus lugubris
Equipment used
Olympus OM D E-M1 Mk2 + Panasonic/Leica 100-400mm handheld
Nice image David but it's not a Bronzed Drongo but in fact the superficially similar Square-tailed Drongo-Cuckoo Surniculus lugubris. Note the slighter, curved bill and the small white marks to the upperparts which are retained juvenile feathers.

Regards,

Grahame
