Common Teal (Anas crecca carolinensis) Male, species sexually dimorphic. Green-winged Teal preening.
Habitat
Gulf Prairies and Marshes Vegetational Zone. Situated in the Nueces-Rio Grande Coastal Basin at ca. 4 m (13 ft) elevation. Small depressional pond.
Location
Hazel Bazemore County Park, Calallen, Nueces County, Texas, USA.
