Flight Of The Blue Jay (Cyanocitta cristata)

One day I filled the feeders then stood guard for a while so the chickadees and nuthatches could get some. The Mourning Doves and Blue Jays tend to dominate the feeders at times. While I stood there, the jays flew nervously back and forth between two trees above the feeders. I thought i'd try to catch them with the camera while they did this. Not an easy task with a slow bridge camera. Here's my only success. lol

Good result, Bill; looks like if the light had been better, you'd have got a few good flight shots.
