MASKED WAGTAIL
This is a winter migrant of West Bengal. Masked wagtail is a subspecies of white wagtail. I have never seen this bird in West Bengal before and never heard of it even. In my recent birding trip I have found this. Such a wonderful bird.

I don't feel this is Masked Wagtail (Does not have a black back in my experience) , looks more like Black-backed to me, but shouldn't occur where you saw this, maybe 'dukhunensis' ?
