Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus)

This is an image of one of Manchester's juvenile Peregrine Falcons that fledged a month ago. This is the female and she has just spotted a prey item(s) and is about to turn. She then circles over and seconds later dives down. I managed to photograph her just as she locks on. That image will be my next upload. Photographed late in the evening.
