Photographed on Texas Thistle (Cirsium texanum: Asteraceae) Lick Creek Park, College Station, Brazos County, Texas, USA. Bottomland hardwoods dominated by Cedar elm and water oak with some water hickory at ca. 96 m (315 ft) elevation.
