Clark's Spiny Lizard (Sceloporus clarkii)

Look carefully for the diagnostic purple banding down the back and dark bands on its legs. These help separate this species from the similar more widespread Desert Spiny Lizard (Sceloporus magister). The blue throat suggests this is a male. This is presumably the nominate race which ranges into southeastern Arizona often called the Sonoran Spiny Lizard.
