Central American Swamp Lily
Central American Swamp Lily also known as South American Swamp Lily (Crinum erubescens: Amaryllidaceae) Photographed along the margins of Rio Tempisque, Palo Verde National Park, Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica. Native to Central and South America. Riverine surrounded by bottomlands with large inclusions of wetlands at ca. 15 m (49 ft) elevation.

Interesting-looking plant, Stanley; almost looks like the flower is made from strips of paper
 
Great capture, due to the composition a touch of color against the muddy bg. Guess the whole area is in lush green.
